**You may divide your hours into more than one shift. They do not need to be worked on the same day.

Answers to Frequently Asked VOLUNTEER QUESTIONS:
~ Do not worry if you haven't ever volunteered before, we will show you what to do when you arrive.
Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your shift for a little training.
~ Volunteers mainly help with greeting & checking out customers, straightening clothes on the racks, and organizing items. It is really quite fun and our volunteers say that it helps them appreciate how the sale runs.
~ Consignors who are volunteering may pick up their presale pass at the information table during consignor drop off .
~ If you are not consigning you may pick up your volunteer pass during consignor drop off times or 15 min. before the presale begins.
~ Please bring any food/drink (and a small cooler if desired) that you might need during your shift. There is also a concession stand in our OKC building.
~ Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We provide a cute JBF apron for you to wear during your shift.
~ The volunteer presale is only for those volunteering! Husbands, mothers & friends must earn their own pass to attend the presale.
~ Children, strollers and wagons are not allowed at the presale.
~ Consignors who volunteer for reorganization (either of the last shifts on Saturday) may pick up their unsold items after this shift. |
