If you are NOT currently on the mailing list you can click here to go to the sign up page and become a JBF consignor~ The consignor number you receive can be used for any Norman or OKC sales. Remember to register for each sale you want to consign in. Dates to mark on your calendar: Spring sale registration always begins Jan. 15 Fall sale registration always begins July 15
Getting Started After you register you are ready to get started. Please read all of the information listed to the left under merchandise prep ~ how to tag ~ drop off info ~ pick up info. Please pay close attention to what items are acceptable to bring to the sale. REMEMBER we only accept fall/winter clothing for the August sale and spring/summer clothing for the March sale. Please see the frequently asked questions page for more information.
Bar-coding your tags We have an incredibly easy online bar-coding system to help you prepare your tags. This system allows you to track your sales. Please go to www.myjbftags.com to get started. Bar-coded tags are required, hand-written tags can not be accepted.
Clothing Guidelines Please pay careful attention to what you bring. We try to keep a reputation of being the best! Please help us attain that goal by only bringing clothing purchased within the last 5 years.
Limiting Number of Clothing Items You can bring as many items as you would like, since we have plenty of space in our OKC building.
Consign with us and shop early AIl consignors participating in the current sale will receive a consignor presale pass. This pass allows you to shop at 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 23. You will also receive one complimentary pass to bring a friend. You will receive your passes when you drop your items off at the sale. Remember no children, strollers, or wagons allowed into the pre-sales.
Volunteer with us and shop EXTRA early (consignors who choose to volunteer also earn an extra 5%) As this event continues to grow in size and great merchandise there is an increasing demand for volunteers. Please consider joining the wonderful volunteers who help make the JBF event such a success! Volunteers get the best selection when they shop extra early. Also, If you are consigning and also volunteering you will receive 70% of your sales instead of the current 65% (minus a $10 consignor fee). Invite Other "Friends" to Participate The JBF sale continues to grow due to the incredible base of loyal consignors and shoppers who are constantly telling others about this great event. Please email us if you would like to receive a color flier or poster to display in your work place. There is also a printable version of the JBF referral card you can use to pass out to friends. Your Check's In the Mail Your consignor check will be mailed 2 weeks after the sale completion. For your convenience, we provide a stamped envelope. Consignors make 65% of the selling price (a $10 consignor fee will be deducted from your check). Remember if you volunteer for a 3-hour shift you will make 70%.
